| • | Check-in between 5 and 7 pm | |
| • | Check-out by 11 o’clock | |
| • | 25% deposit by booking * | |
| • | Confirmation of booking will be made with receipt of 25% deposit | |
| • | Visitor's tax must be paid upon arrival | |
| • | Payment by transfer upon arrival or cash on arrival (no credit cards) | |
| • | Smoking is not permitted in the house | |
| • | Pets are not allowed. Maryse, the house cat, claims the house for herself! |
